Since I started this blog I've always wanted a postcard from Tuvalu and finally I've gotten one. It's from Wu who is a Taiwanese volunteer on the island. This card is the 41st card he has sent this year.  Tuvalu is a Polynesian island in the Pacific Ocean.  It is under threat of rising sea levels.
